More than opportunities. A partner for your music career.
The Plug sits between publishing, A&R and consulting. We connect creators with real opportunities from artists and music industry professionals — and help you understand where your music stands, what to improve, and where it could fit.
Think of it as having an A&R or publisher in your corner — without needing to be signed.

The Problem
Great work gets lost in the volume.
The industry professionals with access to major projects receive far more submissions than any one person can listen to. Even a genuinely strong pitch can go unheard — not for lack of quality, but because it's impossible for a human to process hundreds or thousands of submissions one by one.
“There is too much music to listen to, and too many great creators get lost in the volume.”
The Solution
Access that works in both directions.
The Plug connects creators and opportunities from both sides.
Creator → Opportunity
Creators browse open opportunities and submit the tracks that fit what each brief is looking for.
Opportunity → Creator
Industry professionals post opportunities, review the submissions they receive, and can receive pitches directly from creators.
Meritocracy
Let the right work reach the right people.
Not just “who knows who?”
But “which submission is actually the best fit for this opportunity?”
The Plug gives creators a better chance of being heard based on the relevance and potential of what they submit — rather than simply their existing network or visibility. Every submission goes directly to the music professional behind the opportunity. Feedback and placements are not guaranteed.
How it works
Three steps.
Real access.
01
Submit
Creators submit their tracks to the opportunities that fit them.
02
Review
Music professionals review submissions and can share feedback on where each track stands — and where it could fit.
03
Get Heard
Build real relationships with the professionals behind the opportunities — and a real chance to be considered.
